At approximately 9 a.m., Officers from the Polo Police Department executed a search warrant at 402 W. Colden St. After a search was conducted, officers located 2903 grams of cannabis within the residence. After an investigation, a resident, Mark A. Ballotti, 37, was taken into custody for Unlawful Possession of Cannabis for more than 2000 grams and less than 5000 grams, a class 2 felony. Ballotti was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.
