At 9:31 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Arabany G. Valle, 35, Rockford, for driving while license suspended. Valle was also issued a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Valle was transported to the Ogle County jail. These violations occurred in the 100 block of S. 4th Street.
Aug. 11
At 6:49 p.m., Oregon Police issued Adonte X. Oneal-Jones, 18, Sterling, a citation for speeding, 50mph in a 30mph zone. This violation occurred in the 600 block of N. 4th Street.
At 7:35 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Eduardo M. Esquivel, 24, of Hanover, IL, for no valid driver’s license and possession of an improper container of cannabis as a driver. Esquivel was transported to the Ogle County jail. These violations occurred in the 300 block of W. Washington Street.
Aug. 12
At 10:42 a.m., Oregon Police responded to a two-vehicle traffic crash in the 1200 block of Jefferson Street involving a 2015 Ford driven by George Salmon, 53, Sterling, and a 2018 Ford driven by Nataliya K. Creegan, 31, Oregon. No citations were issued.
At 4:45 p.m., Oregon Police responded to a two-vehicle traffic crash in the 1500 block of W. Washington involving a 2003 Ford driven by Carson D. Smith, 28, Mt. Morris, and a 1998 Kenworth truck-tractor driven by Dirk R. Snetcher, 36, of Pearl City, IL. No citations were issued.
Aug. 15
At 3:26 p.m., Oregon Police responded to a three-vehicle traffic crash at the intersection of S. 4th and Jefferson Streets involving a 2006 Buick driven by Jacob T. Duffy, 18, Dixon, a 2014 Buick driven by Daina Zbinden, age 77, Dixon, and a 2016 GMC driven by Torry C. Williams, 20, of Stillman Valley. Duffy was issued a citation for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
At 8:04 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Travis A. Mullen, 36, of Pingree Grove, IL, for failure to stop at a stop sign and driving under the influence of cannabis. Mullen was transported to the Ogle County jail. These violations occurred at the intersection of 10th and Madison Streets.

At 6 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Allison R. Zoller, 29, Byron, for possession of an improper container of cannabis as a driver. Zoller was transported to the Ogle County jail. This violation occurred in the 300 block of W. Washington Street.
Aug. 18
At 5:11 a.m., Oregon Police arrested Jesse H. Barnhart, 27, Oregon, for no valid driver’s license. Barnhart was transported to the Ogle County jail. This violation occurred in the 100 block of N. 4th Street.
Aug. 19
At 3 p.m., the Oregon SRO Officer issued one 16-year-old male juvenile of Oregon a city citation for possession of tobacco and alternative nicotine products as a minor. This violation occurred at the Oregon High School.
Aug. 21
At 4:18 p.m., Oregon Police issued Madison N. Straka-Rowe, 19, Mt. Morris, a citation for operating a vehicle with an expired registration. This violation occurred in the 100 block of W. Washington Street.
At 6:40 p.m., Oregon Police issued Araceli Rocha-Amaro, 44, Rockford, a citation for driving while license suspended. Rocha-Amaro was issued an I-Bond and is scheduled to appear in court for this violation. This violation occurred in the 400 block of Illinois Street.

At 1:08 a.m., Oregon Police issued Cole R. Havens, 35, of Elizabeth, IL, a citation for no valid driver’s license. Havens was issued an I-Bond and is scheduled to appear in court for this charge. This violation occurred in the 300 block of W. Washington Street.
At 7:04 p.m., Oregon Police issued Luis A. Porcayo, 19, of Hanover Park, IL, a citation for speeding, 49mph in a 30mph zone. This violation occurred in the 600 block of N. 4th Street.
At 10:09 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Roger L. Jones, 37, Rock Falls, for obstructing justice, no driver’s license, and Scott’s law violation. Jones was transported to the Ogle County jail.

At 12:38 p.m., Oregon Police issued Julie A. Robertson, 33, Dixon, a citation for no driver’s license. Robertson was issued an I-Bond and is scheduled to appear in court for this violation. This violation occurred in the 100 block of N. 2nd Street.
At 9:13 p.m., Oregon Police issued Colin A. King, 18, Davis Junction, a citation for disobeying a traffic control device. This violation occurred at the intersection of 10th and Webster Streets.
Aug. 24
At 11:52 p.m., Oregon Police issued Bryce A. Weems, 17, Oregon, a citation for no valid driver’s license – after hours. Weems was also taken into limited custody for violating the curfew ordinance and was released into the custody of a guardian. These violations occurred in the 100 block of S. 4th Street.
Aug. 25
At 9:13 a.m., Oregon Police responded to a two-vehicle traffic crash involving a 2018 Ford driven by Jeffrey A. Needham, age 52, of Monroe Center, and a 2004 Jeep driven by Nathaniel L. Zellers, 33, Oregon. Needham was issued a citation for failure to yield – stop sign.
At 10:54 p.m., Oregon Police issued Bradley A. Goodwin, 38, Oregon, a citation for disobeying a stop sign. This violation occurred at the intersection of W. Washington and S. 9th Streets.
Aug. 26
At 4:16 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Michael D. Ramsey, 30, Oregon, for driving while license suspended. Ramsey was also issued a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Ramsey was transported to the Ogle County jail. These violations occurred in the 700 block of N. 4th Street.
At 5:51 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Kristopher M. Mockovak, 20, Mt. Morris, on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for failure to appear. Mockovak was transported to the Ogle County jail.
Aug. 27
At 3:56 p.m., Oregon Police investigated a three-vehicle traffic crash involving a 1992 Camry driven by Ronald C. Rosecky, 71, of Sycamore; a 2015 Honda driven by Ronald D. Larson, 67, Mt. Morris; and a 2020 Subaru driven by Katrina G. Klages, 25, of Harvard. Rosecky was issued citations for defective or no brakes and operating a vehicle with an expired registration.
At 7:20 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Alli M. Miskell, 26, Dixon, for driving while license suspended. Miskell was transported to the Ogle County jail. This violation occurred in the 400 block of S. 4th Street.
At 10:15 p.m., Oregon Police issued Chelsea J. Henthorn, 28, South Beloit, a citation for speeding, 41mph in a 30mph zone. This violation occurred in the 700 block of S. 4th Street.
Aug. 28
At 8:06 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Clifford D. Bennett, 54, of Davis Junction, for driving under the influence of alcohol. Bennett was also issued a citation for improper lane usage. Bennett was transported to the Ogle County jail. These violations occurred in the 700 block of E. Washington Street.
