At 11:42 p.m., Oregon Police issued Kimberly A. Dukes, 44, Dixon, a citation for speeding, 39 mph in a 30 mph zone. This violation occurred in the 400 block of S. 4th Street.

March 23

At 8:34 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Chaivan J. Price, age 26, of Chadwick, IL, for possession of cannabis more than 100 grams. Price was also issued a citation for no valid driver’s license. Price was transported to the Ogle County jail. These violations occurred at the intersection of 13th Street and Pines Road.

March 24

At 7:31 a.m., Oregon Police issued Bryant A. Price, 20, Rockford, a citation for stop arm violation-passed school bus. This violation occurred in the 100 block S. 4th Street.

At 3:22 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Amber L. Jordan, 37, Oregon, on an outstanding Whiteside County warrant for obstructing a court order. Jordan was transported to the Ogle County jail.

At 4:58 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Jennifer N. Palmer, 40, Mt. Morris, for driving while license suspended. Palmer was also charged with possession of cannabis in a motor vehicle. Palmer was transported to the Ogle County jail.

March 28

At 1:09 a.m., Oregon Police arrested Andrew D. Rutherford, 26, Oregon, for driving under the influence of alcohol. Rutherford was also issued citations for driving without lights when required; fleeing or attempting to elude a peace officer; disobeying a traffic control signal; failure to signal when required; operating an uninsured motor vehicle; and driving under the influence of alcohol with blood alcohol content greater than .08%. These violations occurred in the 100 block of N. 3rd Street.

March 30

At 2:15 p.m., Oregon Police issued Nancy J. Graham, 59, Oregon, a city citation for violating the city code for allowing a dog to run at large. This violation occurred in the 900 block of Jefferson Street.

At 8:21 p.m., Oregon Police conducted a traffic stop resulting in issuing Callie A. Boyer, 22, Oregon, a citation for unlawful container/possession of cannabis as a driver; Emma L. Moyers, 22, Oregon, a citation for unlawful possession of cannabis as a passenger; and a 16-year-old female passenger of Oregon was issued a civil citation for possession of cannabis not more than 10 grams. These violations occurred in the 400 block of Adams Street.

March 31

At 11:12 p.m., Oregon Police issued Brandon J. Imel, 27, Polo, a citation for unlawful possession of cannabis as a driver. This violation occurred in the 100 block of E. Washington Street.

April 3

At 12:31 p.m., Oregon Police responded to the 500 block of S. 8th Street for a two-vehicle traffic crash where a 2013 Subaru driven by Donald E. Johnson, 81, Mt. Morris, struck a parked 2015 Chrysler owned by Cynthia D. Mundell, 49, Ashton. No citations were issued.

At 8:45 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Angela S. Rienstra, 44, Polo, on an outstanding Lee County warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court charge. Rienstra was transported to the Ogle County jail.

April 4

At 5:35 p.m., Oregon Police arrested David B. Hogan, 61, of Janesville, WI, for driving while license revoked. Hogan was transported to the Ogle County jail. This violation occurred at the intersection of 4th and Washington Streets.
