At 4 p.m., Oregon Police responded to a two-vehicle traffic crash at the intersection of Madison and 8th Streets involving a 2009 Chevrolet driven by Sanchez Santiago Minaya, 44, Mt. Morris, and a 2012 Dodge driven by John H. Bothe, 51, Oregon. Minaya was issued a citation for failure to yield at a stop or yield intersection.
Nov. 13
At 6:37 a.m., Oregon Police issued Austin P. Keller, 24, Rockford, a citation for disobeying a traffic control device. This violation occurred at the intersection of River Road and W. Washington Street.
At 4:10 p.m., Oregon Police took one 12-year-old male juvenile of Dixon into limited custody for the offense of battery. This violation occurred while within the city limits of Oregon on a school bus. The juvenile was subsequently released into a parent’s custody with a referral to the Ogle County State’s Attorney.
Nov. 15
At 12:08 p.m., Oregon Police issued Cassandra S. Ferguson, 35, Oregon, a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. This violation occurred in the 100 block of N. Daysville Road.
At 6:45 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Erin E. Sparrow, 43, Kirkland, for criminal trespass to property, and on an outstanding Lee County warrant for failure to appear. Sparrow was transported to the Ogle County jail.
Nov. 16
At 9:48 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Aaron R. Harper, 26, Byron, for driving under the influence of alcohol, and driving under the influence of alcohol with blood alcohol content greater than .08%. Harper was also issued citations for improper lane usage, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and disobeying a stop sign - vehicle entering stop or yield intersection. Harper was transported to the Ogle County jail. These violations occurred in the 600 block of E. Washington Street.
2 parking citations and 3 verbal/written warnings were issued from 11/11/19 through 11/17/19.

At 5:02 p.m., Oregon Police investigated a two-vehicle traffic crash at the intersection of S. 4th and W. Washington Streets involving a 2013 Nissan driven by Joanne L. Hitchcock, 78, Oregon, and a 2014 GMC driven by Tyler P. Haas, 20, of Sterling. No citations were issued.

At 7:40 p.m., Oregon Police issued Cortez D. Horton, 45, Rockford, a citation for driving while license suspended. This violation occurred in the 100 block of S. 4th Street.
Nov. 20
At 7:27 a.m., Oregon Police arrested Tricia N. Paez, 32, Oregon, for battery. Paez was transported to the Ogle County jail. This violation occurred in the 300 block of S. 3rd
At 7:40 a.m., Oregon Police issued Nicholas Meives-Wylie, 16, Oregon, a citation for passing a school bus while loading and unloading. This violation occurred in the 200 block of S. 10th Street.
Nov. 21
At 3:20 p.m., Oregon Police took one 16-year-old male juvenile of Oregon into limited custody for the offense of battery which had occurred on a school bus. The juvenile was released into his parent’s custody with a referral to the Ogle County State’s Attorney’s office for juvenile delinquency.
Nov. 23
At 9:21 p.m., Oregon Police issued a citation to Crystal E. Vegliando, 37, Oregon, for speeding, 48mph in a 30mph zone. This violation occurred on North 4th Street near the intersection of Fair Street.
Nov. 24
At 5:36 a.m., Oregon Police investigated a car vs utility pole traffic crash at the intersection of Scott and Depot Streets involving a 2010 Ford driven by Crystal L. Terry, 29, Mt. Morris. No citations were issued.
At 5:25 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Adrian K. Clark, 33, of Woodstock, IL, for driving while license suspended. Clark was transported to the Ogle County jail. This violation occurred in the 900 block of W. Washington Street.
