Roy Lorenz, 65 of Byron, was issued a citation for Improper Use of Cell Phone.

Byron Police arrested Kelly Lee, 53 of Byron, on two Ogle County warrants. Lee was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.

Consuelo Morales-Valdez, 20 of Leaf River, was issued citations for Speeding 44 mph in a 30 mph Zone and No Valid Driver’s License.

Brandy Manley, 33 of Morrison, was issued a citation for Disobeying a Traffic Signal.

Feb. 28

Dustin Heaton, 30 of Dixon, was issued a citation for Improper Use of Electronic Device.

March 2

Ashley Rose, 29 of Mill Spring, North Carolina, was issued a citation for Improper Use of Electronic Device.

Kelly Hayenga, age 61 of Freeport, was issued a citation for Speeding 50 mphH in a 35 mph Zone.

March 4

Chad Roberts, 35 of Byron, was issued a citation for Expired Registration.

Byron Police arrested Hope Thomas, 52 of Forreston, on an Ogle County warrant. Thomas was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.

March 7

Cristie Deleon-Smith, 38 of Mt. Morris, was issued a citation for No Proof of Insurance.

March 8

Penny Bryant, 48 of Leaf River, was issued a citation for Expired Registration.

March 9

Enrique Solis, 46 of Rockford, was issued a citation for No Proof of Insurance.

March 10

Colleen Hester, 29 of Dixon, was issued a citation for Speeding 46 mph in a 30 mph Zone.

Byron Police arrested Michael McCarthy, 22 of Byron, for Aggravated Battery to a Peace Officer and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. McCarthy was also issued citations for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol When BAC is Greater Than .08, Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident, Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident, and Failure to Give Information After Striking Unattended Vehicle. McCarthy was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.

March 11

Byron Police arrested Michael Arnold, 34 of Rockford, on a Rockford PD warrant Arnold was transferred to Ogle County Corrections and transported to the Winnebago County Jail.
