OREGON — In regard the garage fire investigation at 605 Monroe Street in Oregon which occurred on May 15, 2012, where fire department personnel located a deceased white male inside the garage identified as Patrick C. Riley, age 59, of Oregon.
Based on the pathologist’s findings, Riley’s death is attributed to smoke inhalation and thermal injury as a result of the fire.
The Ogle County Coroner has ruled the manner of death as undetermined.
Oregon Police Department and the IL State Fire Marshall investigation showed no indication of foul play in Riley’s death.
