MACHESNEY PARK — Mary Maxson and Craig Murphy were married May 12, 2012 at their home in Machesney Park. Officiating the ceremony was Father Thomas Lamb of Rockford.
The bride is the daughter of Dorothy Foss and the late Gerald Foss of Oregon. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Murphy of Wheaton.
Maid of Honor was Katie Murphy, daughter of the groom and Best Man was Tyler Maxson, son of the bride.
The bride is a graduate of Oregon High School, Northern Illinois University and Rock Valley College School of Nursing. She is employed as an RN with Rockford Health Systems Visiting Nurses Association.
The groom is a graduate of Wheaton High School and Knox College. He is employed as Production Manager with Concorde Printing, Inc. in Chicago, IL.
Following a motorcycle trip out west through Death Valley and to the Grand Canyon, the couple are making their home in Machesney Park.
