Kalie Elgersma and Luke Vanderzyden

ORANGE CITY, Iowa — Kalie Elgersma and Luke Vanderzyden, both of Orange City, Iowa, are pleased to announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.

Parents of the couple are Elaine Elgersma, of Orange City, Iowa, and Hank and Susie Vanderzyden, of Byron.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Northwestern College and is employed by the Northwestern College Library.

Her fiancé is a graduate of Byron High School, Northwestern College and earned a Masters from Western Washington University. Hope Haven employs him.

The couple is planning a May 29 wedding at Trinity Reformer Church in Orange City.
