Alan and Barbie Holaday

BYRON — Barbie Garnhart and Alan Holaday, both of Byron, were united in marriage Aug. 29, 2009 during a 2 p.m. ceremony at the home of the groom’s aunt and uncle in Forreston by Rev. Alan Meyer.

The bride chose Courtney Snider, niece, Lindy Meyer, friend, and Nikkie Reed, friend, as bridesmaids.

The groom chose Brett Holaday, brother, Chad Holaday, brother, and Les Meyer, friend, as groomsmen. David Meyer, friend, served as Best Man.

Parents of the couple are Dave and Stevia Garnhart, of Byron, and Ed and Doris Holaday, of Forreston.
