LEROY — The Oregon High School varsity wrestling team took sixth at its tournament in LeRoy on Saturday, Jan. 20 while the JV wrestling team finished fifth at its tournament in Olympia. JV placewinners include Jakob Moser (first), Dylan Ware (second), Jack Tinsman (second), Seth Rote (second), Jayden Berry (third), Zayden VandeSand (fourth), Dawson Alcala (fourth), Jakobi Donegan (fifth), Zander VandeSand (fifth) and Maxx George (fifth). Varsity placewinners include Nelson Benesh (second), Anthony Bauer (third), Quentin Berry (third), Preston LaBay (fourth), Landon Ege (fifth), Landen Elder (fifth), Jackson Messenger (sixth) and Jackson Glendenning (sixth).
