ROCHELLE – Jeanette Mae (St. Clair) Adams, 77, of Rochelle, passed away Thursday, Dec. 7, 2017. Born on March 28, 1940 in Oregon. Daughter of Henry and Marion (Guiles) St. Clair.  

Graduate of Oregon High School class of 1958. She married Ronald Adams on April 4, 1959. He predeceased her on Sept. 24, 2014.  

She was a member of the Women of the Moose. She served her Chapter by earning the following degrees; Academy of Friendship, Star Recorder and the College of Regents. Jeanette was a member of the Moose Council of Higher Degree. She was past President, Secretary and Treasurer. She was part of the Ogle County Homemakers. Found enjoyment in flowers, gardening, crafts and knitting. She served her church as past President of Friendship Circle, as Deacon for 6 years and Elder for 3 years.  

Survivors include son, Randy (Chris) Adams; daughters, Joan (Dan) Koeninger, Jodi Adams, Jayne Nelson; grandchildren, Joe Koeninger, Joshua Adams, Sabrina Nelson, Ciarra Nelson, Faith Adams; great-granddaughter, Madilyn Koeninger; sisters-in-law, Lorna Snapp, Judi St. Clair; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents; spouse; brothers, Homer St. Clair and Melvin (Stub) St. Clair; infant son.  

Memorial Service was at 11 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 15 at Elim Reformed Church, 140 S. Church Rd, Kings. Visitation was at 9:30 a.m. until time of service. Burial at White Rock Cemetery. Per Jeanette’s wishes cremation rites were accorded. To share a condolence www.advantagefunerals.com
