BYRON – Annette J. Hall, 60, of Byron, passed away on Thursday, Feb. 1, 2018 at Swedish American Hospital in Rockford. Annette was born August, 18, 1957, in Chicago, the daughter of Clarence “Jack” and Laverne (Beize) Carlson.

She married Jeffrey “Jeff” Hall on Jan. 24, 1997, in Byron. Annette loved crocheting blankets for the Swedish American Cancer Center in her spare time. She was also an avid Bears fan and enjoyed watching and feeding ducks by the river, but most of all she cherished spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband, Jeff Hall of Byron; three sons, Paul (Shannon) Mowery of Dixon, Jim (Cassie) Mowery of Dodgeville, Wis., and John Mowery of Harmon; five grandchildren, Joseph Hoyle, Olivia Mowery, Skyler Drew, Rebecca Hoyle and Cameron Mowery; four brothers, Don (Judi) Carlson of Clermont, Fla., Larry (Georgia) Carlson of Addison, John (Linda) Carlson of River Grove, Tom (Karen) Carlson of Vero Beach, Fla.; two sisters, Leanne (Rod) Dublo of Milledgeville and Karen Carlson of Leesburg, Fla.; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and one brother, Rich Carlson.

Memorial visitation was from 10 a.m.-1 p.m., on Monday, Feb. 5, 2018, at Preston-Schilling Funeral Home in Dixon. A luncheon will follow at the Last Stop in Dixon. Cremation rites will be accorded.  

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.
